MARC (SPARROW) MOTTERSHEAD

Having opened the award winning restaurant, known as Sparrows at Cocksford, I am known as Sparrow locally. Since Sparrows I have been involved in the opening of several restaurants such as La Jardinere in Boston Spa and The Crab & Lobster at Asenby. I was then headhunted to be the Executive Chef for the Vice Chancellor at Leeds University thus allowing my knowledge and experience to expand greatly. Alongside my full time work as stated above, I have had the opportunity to work together with some renowned chefs today, including Robert Carrier, Raymond Blanc, and Cyrus Todiwala. Using my 45 years experience in this ever growing industry, I am now aiming to deliver this to the general public on a more personal level, providing a first class experience across multiple platforms.

My desire to be a chef started at a very young age!

All menus and services can be tailored to suit your requirements, whether that be dietary, allergies or just personal preference. Our services include the hiring of any equipment (If required), and full waiting staff should this be needed.
